SHIPPING AND RETURNS

UK Customers

We aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days by next day courier to trade customers within the UK, this excludes personalised goods which can take up to 28 days.

Orders within the UK mainland over £200.00 in value excluding VAT are free from any carriage charges otherwise a small charge of £7.99 will be applied.

Your parcel will be delivered on Monday to Friday and will require a signature.

In the event of items being out of stock or unavailable we reserve the right to dispatch part orders. Back orders will be dispatched when the goods become re-available.

Faulty goods or those which are not what you have ordered may be returned for exchange, any problems with orders must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

International Customers

We ask that all orders are placed via email to info@cscimports.com

All orders are subject to UK VAT unless a valid european VAT number is provided at the time of your order or account opening.

We currently send all international shipments via DPD worldwide or Fedex.

Our international freight charges are more than reasonable and never normally equate to more than 10% of the shipments value, contact us for a quote on your order.

We do not offer a carriage paid service for international clients.
