SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Orders within the UK mainland over £100.00 excluding VAT are free from any carriage charges.
Your parcel will be delivered Monday to Friday and will require a signature.
In the event of items being out of stock or unavailable we reserve the right to dispatch part orders. Back orders will be dispatched when the goods become available.
Faulty or incorrect goods may be returned for exchange. Please contact us for an RMA. Any problems with orders must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
We ship our items throughout Europe and our International sales team will be able to advise you on the most cost effective shipping method. For information on shipping costs please contact our multilingual team at email@example.com
All parcels to Europe are shipped by DPD Worldwide or Palletways and we will provide a tracking number for each order.
As a guideline the estimated time of delivery is as follows;
France ( including Monaco ) , Germany, Belgium, Luxemburg and Ireland - 2 days.
Austria, Denmark , Liechtenstein and Switzerland - 3 days.
The Czech Republic, Spain , Italy and Slovakia - 3-4 days.
Estonia , Finland , Hungary , Poland , Portugal, Slovenia and Sweden - 4-5 days.
Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia , Iceland , Latvia , Lithuania, Norway, Romania , Serbia - 4-6 days.
Greece - 4-8 days
We ask that all orders are placed via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or online via our website www.neviti.com.
All orders are subject to UK VAT unless proof of a valid European VAT number is provided at the time of your order or account opening.
Please speak to a member of the team if you wish to use our sea freight services or ship products direct from the Far East.If there are any issues with your order please notify us within 7 days of receipt so we can deal with this accordingly.
